Back to the Playoffs: 2014 Edition

Christmas shopping, Santa Claus, cold weather, and a Patriots home playoff game, those are the among the certain things in life this time of the season. Year-in and year-out the football club from Foxborough runs the table in the AFC East and is poised to be hosting a conference rival on a mid-January weekend. This years test, the upstart and ambitious Indianapolis Colts, led by superstar second year quarterback Andrew Luck.

Polarizing temperatures, specifically those that were a direct result from last week's "polar vortex", won't be in play Saturday when kick-off commences at Gillette Stadium. The preliminary forecast is foreshadowing a game that will be rain-soaked with temps holding steady in the mid 50's, quite the opposite of last week's -20 degree game in Green Bay. Kickoff starts exactly at 8:15 P.M. so whether going to the game, enjoying it from a local bar, or just staying warm and cozy from the comfort of your home, be sure to tune in for what should be one of the more entertaining games we have seen this year.
