Summer at The Mastlight

Well hello friends - it's been a while since we have shared any news and updates on the south shore's newest luxe-style apartment rental community, The Mastlight. When leasing began back in late December 2017, we knew that the our one-of-a-kind amenity package will be something that leaves residents and their guests in awe. Well, just about 6-months later, that vision has become reality! 

The Mastlight's outdoor amenities include a luxury South Beach resort-style swimming pool and patio area complete with sun-protective cabanas, lounge chairs and plush landscaping. Just beyond the ivy-protected pool fence sits an outdoor television and fire pit area, the perfect compliment for a mid 80's summer day and night.

Clear for Takeoff at The Mastlight

We are excited to announce the beginning of our newest lease-up! USGBC Recognizes MetroMark as LEED Gold Certified!

Developing and managing apartment communities that meet today’s sustainable standards is something that we take great pride in here at Corcoran Management Company. In 2007 Parkside Commons became the first LEED-certified multifamily apartment community in New England to be recognized for such an honor. 50 West Broadway Gets a Facelift!

In 2009, 50West Broadway, South Boston’s first multifamily apartment community, opened its doors and welcomed residents to 139 brand-new luxury apartment homes. Since the building’s inception – 50 West Broadway has become an integral part in the neighborhood and has spurred on numerous construction projects to bring more housing to a booming area that has a wide variety of restaurants, nightlife choices, recreational activities and conveniences.

Furnished with a comfortable selection of chase lounge chairs, plush couches, and a workspace resembling a conference room, 50 WB’s new clubroom is perfect for inspiring creativity. In addition – residents can access the internet through a new high-speed 5G wireless network that extends throughout the club room and even to the outdoor courtyard area.

Package Concierge Storage

Our award winning staff is on-site 7 days a week, but we know that sometimes our residents arrive home from their late night shift hoping to pick up their package after our leasing office closes at 6:00PM. That’s why we’ve added the Package Concierge system in order to store your packages until you can pick them up, no assistance required! So how does Package Concierge work you may ask, it’s rather quite simple. The top level of the parking garage at 50WB is home to the set of “lockers” that make up Package Concierge. When a delivery is made (whether its from UPS, FedEx, USPS or others) they will be delivered and stored securely in one of the randomly-assigned lockers. The resident will then get an email or text notification to their phone that will feature a unique code that is entered into a computer screen, and as long as the correct code is entered, the locker will open, and the package can be brought to your apartment upstairs!
